After a few months of apparent inactive following last September’s revered Beacons album and the Christmas track ‘You and Yours’, Ben “Cloudkicker” Sharp has posted a new track online, entitled ‘It’s Inside Me and I’m Inside It’.
This song is markedly different as, opposed to the clash of jarring guitars and drums that usually characterises Cloudkicker, it’s acoustic with a hint of samples towards the end. It makes for a wondrously soothing listen and begs the question as to what direction Sharp is heading with a new album or EP, or if this is just a one-off.
